Sold!

Well, not quite. But after 1 week on the market, 1 open house and 7 showings, we got an offer yesterday! It's close enough to our asking price, especially compared to several other sold comps in the neighborhood, plus it's a cash offer and closing is set for June 30! The 10-day option period started yesterday, so once we get through that and the inspection, we'll be well on our way to Austin!
