After Seattle in early May, we spent the rest of the month pretty busy!

Jeremy was out of town all week when I got back from Seattle, and it wasn't easy... I had to drive to work and do drop off and pick up at daycare.  I was exhausted by the time Thursday night came around!  Thursday was also my birthday and this might have been the least exciting birthday yet - I was too tired to do much of anything!  Friday night we had dinner and cake with my mom (RJ Goodie's of course!!), and Saturday had dinner and Dairy Queen with Jeremy's parents.

The next weekend was Memorial Day Weekend.  Thursday night I got to see Spamalot with some coworkers.  We had so much fun!  We started with dinner at Hearsay, went to the musical, then stopped by La Carafe (the oldest bar in Houston?) and ended up back at Hearsay.  I just love all the girls I work with, and it's so fun to be able to spend time together outside of the office, too.

My sister decided to come in town last minute, so I got to pick her up from the airport on Friday (my day off), and we had lunch, ran a few errands, picked Sawyer up from school, then had dinner and more cake at my mom's (yes - more RJ Goodie's).  

Saturday I had a fun lunch with Sarah, Becky and Pam to celebrate 2 new babies due this summer!  Becky is due in July and Sarah in August.  We met for lunch at Lupe Tortilla, exchanged presents, then Pam and I treated the moms-to-be to pedicures and cupcakes.  We had such a fun time together!

Saturday night my dad had an annual family dinner we use to celebrate Mother's Day, Father's Day, Amanda's birthday, Heather's birthday and my birthday.  It was so fun Amanda could make it this year, too!  And there were 2 more RJ Goodie's cakes!  

Sunday we took a very last minute road trip to Austin to see Josh, Jamie and Lauren.  Josh participated in a triathlon, so Jeremy got to cheer him on, and Sawyer and I got to spend time with Lauren.  We ended with lunch at our favorite - Matt's El Rancho, before heading back on Monday.  Sawyer did so great on our trip - no accidents and slept in a hotel bed by himself!

The first weekend in June Jeremy was gone at Free Press Summer Fest all weekend, so Sawyer and I made some plans with my parents.  Saturday Sawyer swam at my dad's house while Heather and I dashed up to a Round Top Collection warehouse sale for teachers.  The prices were incredible so we stocked up on some fun seasonal things - I thought it was a good treat for me while Jeremy got to play all weekend!  That night we cooked out at my mom's and swam some more.
